ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to connect candidates with clients and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams.

The role focuses on identifying top talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and driving local market insights to secure opportunities within the ManpowerGroup family. A strong emphasis is placed on sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods (job postings, social media, networking, referrals).
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance throughout the recruitment process, including interview prep and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
