M1 Global Security is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Plano, Texas to manage full life cycle recruiting in key markets. This hands-on role requires sourcing via ATS, social media, and community networking, along with onboarding support and travel to client locations.

You will partner with field management to determine staffing needs, maintain strong candidate communications, and help drive engagement and training initiatives across hiring efforts.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as an hourly recruiter or retail store manager.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong integrity, customer-centric, results-driven and adaptable.
• Ability to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Build applicant pipeline by researching community services, colleges, and markets.
• Determine hiring needs by consulting with field management and scheduling.
• Source candidates using ATS, social networks, and traditional methods.
• Use data, metrics and industry best practices to guide recruitment efforts.
• Maintain prompt communications with candidates and scheduling teams throughout the process.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth transition of new hires.
