Metro One LPSG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Plano area to lead full life cycle recruiting in key markets. This hands-on role includes employee engagement, training support, and travel to new client locations.

You will build pipelines, assess staffing needs, and collaborate with HR to ensure compliant, timely hires. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hourly recruiting or retail management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience as an hourly recruiter or retail store manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be trustworthy, have integrity, customer-centric, results-driven, and agile to change.
• Ability to work independently in an office and produce sustainable results.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (Kronos/UKG Ready helpful).
• Career history with no more than three jobs in the last six years.
• Must be available to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must pass a drug and thorough background check.

Responsabilidades

• Build applicant pipeline by researching community services, local colleges, and networking within markets.
• Determine hiring needs by consulting with field management and workforce scheduling.
• Utilize technology and social media networking tools and traditional sourcing techniques to source candidates.
• Rely on data, metrics, and industry best practices in coordinating recruitment efforts.
• Ensure prompt, effective communications with candidates and scheduling throughout full-cycle recruiting.
• Engage in full-cycle employment onboarding and training to ensure readiness for schedules.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system throughout interviews and hiring.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure onboarding, compliance, and accurate employee records at hire.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
