Job summary

Nation Security Services in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening to offers and negotiations—and to partner with department heads to align staffing with growth goals.

You will manage ATS records, build diverse pipelines, organize campus outreach and hiring events, and provide a superior candidate experience while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern staffing methodologies and TA best practices.
• Direct experience with technical recruitment and contract staffing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring: manage the complete lifecycle from postings to offers.
• ATS Management: maintain candidate records and track pipeline metrics.
• Campus & Early Career Outreach: build relationships with universities to feed entry-level talent pipelines.
• Hiring Events: organize and represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Strategic Partnership: consult with hiring managers to analyze staffing needs and sourcing plans.
• Contingent Workforce: oversee contract placements and temporary staffing.
• Digital Sourcing: use online tools and social networks to engage passive talent.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
