Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting in key markets. The role is hands-on, focusing on recruiting, employee engagement, and assisting with training and onboarding, with travel to support new client locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an hourly recruiter or in retail store management, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and HRIS skills. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in hourly recruiting or retail store management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead full life cycle recruiting in key markets and build applicant pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Partner with field management to determine staffing needs and scheduling.
• Utilize ATS to track data and maintain candidate communications.
• Travel to support recruiting for new client locations.
