Job summary

Electric Motor Repair, located in MD, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding across the organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition with a focus on a professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding and separation.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proficient in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Attract, assess, and hire candidates across the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to fill roles efficiently.
