M. J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and leaders, attracting and hiring top talent across the organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, support workforce planning, and build pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, strong interviewing and communication skills, and the ability to travel to regional offices and events. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally to regional offices, career fairs, recruiting events, and educational institutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and pre-employment processes.
• Publish and maintain job postings across career sites, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through ATS, networking, referrals, social media, events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions and positive candidate experience.
• Assist Internship and Co-op programs.
• Understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Provide support for other HR functions and special projects.
