You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, support workforce planning, and enhance the candidate experience. You will publish postings, source candidates through ATS and networks, conduct phone screens and interviews, build talent pipelines, and coordinate interview scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruiting.
• Travel to regional offices and events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Publish and maintain job postings across career sites and networks.
• Source candidates via ATS, networking, referrals, social media, events, and outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions and positive candidate experience.
• Assist internship and co-op programs.
