Rosendin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in the United States. You will own full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, and part-time roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with leadership to build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certifications a plus.
• Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer.
• Develop recruiting programs and build a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Build relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner.
• Network and source passive candidates across markets.
• Handle confidential information professionally and maintain privacy.
• Coordinate college recruitment initiatives and events.
• Manage job postings, applications, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain records in line with policies and regulations.
• Create relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
• Assist with immigration processes (H1-B).
