Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in the Boston area to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles within local markets. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, engaging candidates by phone, email, or in person, while coaching them through resumes, interviews, and offer acceptance.

You will network with teams to post jobs, discuss openings, and leverage online sourcing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement.
• Interview and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles.
• Build strong relationships with job seekers and coach them through the process.
• Proactive sourcing via calls, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep them for client interviews.
• Match candidates with right companies, jobs, and work environments.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process; support candidates on assignments.
