Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to recruit for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will handle full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement, engaging with job seekers over the phone, email, or in-person. You’ll coach candidates through resume edits, interview prep, and post-interview steps while meeting client needs.

You’ll also collaborate with your team, post jobs, and use online sourcing tools, developing relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on boards and source active/passive candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Review resumes and discuss client needs with candidates.
• Provide post-interview follow-up and next steps to candidates.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Reach out to on-assignment candidates to ensure needs are met.
• Conduct proactive cold calls to identify candidates and build a pipeline.
