Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles across our local market and beyond. You will manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement, engaging job seekers by phone, email, or in person, and coaching them through every step of the job search.

You’ll build relationships, perform candidate matching, and contribute to a team focused on results.

Responsibilities
