Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles within the local market. This full-cycle recruiting role covers sourcing to placement, with emphasis on building relationships, coaching candidates, and guiding them through resume edits, interviews, and job acceptance.

You’ll identify prospects, cold-call, post jobs, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Proactive cold calling to identify candidates.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by reviewing resumes and needs.
• Contact candidates post-interview to recap and outline next steps.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Support candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
