Job summary

Thryv is hiring a Full-Cycle New Business Sales representative to drive growth for local service businesses in an assigned territory. You will prospect, engage owners, present Thryv Growth Platform solutions, and close net-new customers in a field-based role.

You will generate pipeline through outbound outreach and meetings, build relationships, and become a trusted advisor on growth challenges, all while working in a high-accountability sales culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS/ SMB a plus).
• Outbound, full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Own a full-cycle, new-business sales process from prospecting through close.
• Generate pipeline through outbound calls, emails, local networking and referrals.
• Meet with business owners in your territory and present growth solutions.
• Diagnose prospect needs and map them to Thryv Growth Platform capabilities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and hit clear sales targets.
