Thryv is hiring a Full-Cycle New Business Sales representative to grow our local market in the Tallahassee area. You'll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a pipeline in a field-based role while helping local business owners leverage our AI-powered Growth Platform.

You will receive training, set ambitious targets, and work in a high-accountability team that values persistence, collaboration, and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required; SaaS, software, technology, SMB, or business-services sales experience is a plus.
• 2+ years in an outbound, full-cycle sales role with responsibility for prospecting through close.
• Demonstrated experience generating pipeline through phone, email, networking, referrals, or other proactive methods.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and competing priorities.
• Comfort working independently in a field-based sales environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet a 50% driving requirement.
• Must live locally to the posted market, generally within a one-hour commute.
