Job summary

Thryv is recruiting a Full-Cycle New Business Sales Representative for a local territory. You will prospect, meet owners, present solutions, and close net-new customers, owning the process from first contact to close.

You will generate pipeline via outbound calls, emails, and networking, build relationships with small business owners, and act as a trusted advisor on growth challenges using the Thryv Growth Platform. This field-based role requires a local live presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS, software, SMB, or business-services.
• 2+ years in an outbound, full-cycle sales role with prospecting through close.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a full-cycle, new-business sales process from prospecting through close.
• Generate pipeline through outbound calling, email, local networking, referrals, and company-supported programs.
• Build relationships with local business owners and become a trusted advisor on growth challenges.
• Conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations within your territory; this is a field-based role.
• Diagnose needs and connect prospects to the Growth Platform's capabilities.
• Manage a pipeline against sales goals and move opportunities forward to close.
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
