Job summary

Thryv is seeking a driven Full-Cycle New Business Sales representative to build and own a local territory. You will prospect, engage business owners, present Thryv's AI-powered Growth Platform, and close net-new customers across SMBs in your area.

As a field-based role, you will spend significant time meeting clients in person, while developing a self-generated pipeline and achieving sales targets through a structured process and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS/SMB or related field.
• 2+ years in outbound, full-cycle sales with prospecting through close.
• Proven ability to generate and manage pipeline.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in field-based sales and independent work.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, new-business sales from prospecting to close.
• Generate pipeline through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals.
• Meet with local business owners and present solutions.
• Close net-new customers for Thryv Growth Platform.
• Develop consultative selling skills through training and coaching.
