C Lazy U Ranch is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles, including high-volume seasonal positions. You will collaborate with managers to craft ads, source top candidates, and guide interviews, then onboard new hires for a welcoming start.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Paylocity ATS, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for every employee while supporting a small guest-oriented team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume roles.
• Hospitality industry familiarity is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work on-site with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions, including offers and onboarding.
• Write compelling job ads and source candidates from diverse channels.
• Partner with managers to plan interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and coordinate with Paylocity ATS.
