Job summary

C-Lazy-U-Ranch-2 is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR function and day-to-day operations, partnering with leadership to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, compliance, and total rewards. You will mentor the Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist and Employee Housing & Event Coordinator in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

You will lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive engagement, retention, housing coordination, and wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; 1-2 years prior supervisory experience.
• Experience working in high-volume, seasonal hospitality environments strongly preferred.
• SPHR and/or SHRM certification a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Working experience with Paylocity or other HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR initiatives and programs aligned with Ranch goals.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for high-volume seasonal workforce.
• Oversee immigration process and compliance; collaborate with legal team.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and wellness.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational performance and capability through HR initiatives.
