Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a remote Recruiter based in Utah to own the full lifecycle recruiting process, from requisition creation to candidate referral and onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and build the recruiting brand across the organization, while maintaining compliance and reporting metrics. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and strong communication across all levels, including executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting and high-volume environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday).

Responsibilities

• Exceed recruiting metrics across sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and compliance.
• Document and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute candidate generation strategies and employer branding.
• Maintain relationships with employment sources, agencies, and vendor solutions.
