Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for a remote role based in Utah. You will source, screen, and refer candidates to hiring managers while maintaining internal job postings and ATS records.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, build a recruiting brand, and ensure adherence to corporate processes, budgets, and timelines. This role emphasizes DEI initiatives and strategic candidate generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to source passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience with DEI initiatives and initiatives to contribute to companywide programs.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed recruiting metrics in sourcing, interviewing, hiring and maintain compliance with posting requirements and background checks
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics on all programs
• Build relationships with hiring managers and align business goals
• Build recruiting brand for advertising and sourcing with creative collateral
• Ensure corporate hiring processes are trained, followed and executed
• Manage area recruiting networking projects and share best practices
• Establish a yearly recruiting action plan including budgeting and compensation parameters
• Develop candidate generation strategies and employment branding through marketing, social media, community, and university involvement
• Maintain contacts with employment sources, staffing vendors, agencies and associations
• Research and assist in other projects and initiatives as business and technology needs change
