Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role supports onboarding, offboarding, employee events, benefits, and training while driving recruiting from posting to onboarding, coordinating interviews, and candidate communications.

You will answer phones, assist with benefits enrollment, maintain confidential records, and partner with managers to ensure smooth hires and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, supporting an extremely fast paced department.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, ADP, ICIM's.
• You should have a passion for helping people and solving problems with an intuitive follow-up ability and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and provide broad support for day-to-day HR activities (onboarding, offboarding, events, benefits, training).
• Drive the hiring process from job posting through onboarding; coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Schedule hiring meetings and prepare recruitment materials; help ensure a positive candidate experience.
