Job summary

Inland Respite Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment strategies for entry-level roles and a compliant hiring process.

You will manage early to mid-stage activities, candidate data, and high-volume hiring efforts, coordinating interviews and onboarding in internal systems. You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and support offer preparation and onboarding completion in AcquireTM and ADP Lyric.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and community partnerships.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate movement within the ATS (AcquireTM), including dispositioning and status updates.
• Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Support high-volume entry level recruitment efforts and timely candidate movement.
• Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
