Job summary

C-Lazy-U-Ranch-2 is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for all open positions, including high-volume seasonal roles, on-site at the Ranch. You will partner with managers to craft compelling job ads, source candidates, and guide interviews through to offers and onboarding in Paylocity.

You’ll also own new-hire onboarding, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth start, while coordinating with HR to maintain accurate personnel records and a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume, seasonal recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Research online sources and post job ads for openings.
• Build local networks and community relationships for Ranch visibility.
• Prepare screening questions and conduct phone interviews.
• Hold managers accountable for timely feedback and tasks in Paylocity ATS.
• Perform reference and background checks for new hires.
• Coordinate immigration recruiting with third-party vendors and legal counsel.
• Conduct orientation for all new hires on their first day.
• Complete all recruiting and onboarding tasks in Paylocity.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain personnel records.
