Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and OFCCP/EEO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify personnel needs and workforce planning with leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to define positions and recruitment plans.
• Develop compliant job descriptions aligned with OFCCP and EEO standards.
• Source and engage candidates via online platforms and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offers, references, and background checks.
• Build relationships with vendors to support recruiting while controlling costs.
• Support internships, apprenticeships, and campus recruiting events.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track key recruiting metrics to drive improvements.
