Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing and operations roles. You will drive strategic sourcing, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

This role offers remote work with potential travel up to 15% and opportunities to support growth across global aerospace operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of corporate, full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing OR 10+ years in lieu of degree.
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding.
Improve recruiting workflows by identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
Develop sourcing strategies for aerospace engineering, quality, production, and support roles.
Monitor talent market trends and competitor activity to inform planning.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent profiles.
Provide a positive candidate experience with clear communication.
Ensure hiring practices comply with EEO, OFCCP, and laws.
Develop talent pipelines for high-demand roles during scale-up.
