Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage a full desk, partner with client groups, and drive sourcing, screening and interview processes for spaceflight–critical roles. You will coordinate offers, background checks, and candidate experience, while maintaining SpaceX standards and ITAR compliance.

The role requires hands-on recruiting in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with leadership, and a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
