Job summary

KA, based in Addison, TX, is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and building vendor relationships while ensuring OFCCP/EEO compliance. Occasional travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong relationship-building with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and job descriptions.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offers, background checks, and reference checks.
• Maintain OFCCP/EEO compliant job descriptions and reporting.
