Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years in corporate recruiting in manufacturing
• Experience with ITAR/EAR compliance and U.S. employment laws
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
• Develop sourcing strategies for aerospace engineering, quality, production, and operations roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles and workforce needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliant hiring practices
