Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting using CRM and ATS systems (e.g., SAP, Eightfold).
• 6+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with strong problem-solving to address talent shortages.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering & Technology roles and cleared positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead efforts to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for client groups across MFC.
• Strategize with TA Managers, HR Partners, Recruiters, and act as a Talent Advisor to stay aligned with business dynamics.
