King & Bishop is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and pre-employment activities. You will manage requisitions, coordinate onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment with a focus on a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with ATS and ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume environments.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Experience with ADP preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and timelines.
• Review requisitions and post accurate job postings.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networks, and partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate with stakeholders for offers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
