SpaceX in Texas is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-desk recruiting for mission-critical roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while partnering with engineering and program teams to move talent quickly and effectively.

This onsite role requires strong collaboration, proactive sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and/or interview feedback; you act as a partner to your clients.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions; SpaceX postings attract strong candidates.
• Source candidates; often top talent isn’t actively looking.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before their onsite and attend interviews with client groups.
• Coordinate offer process including background checks and extending offer letters.
