Qualifications

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
