Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to drive the full cycle recruitment process, connecting candidates’ skills to client needs. This role requires sourcing candidates through various channels and guiding them throughout the hiring process.

Formación

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract candidates using various methods.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
