Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruiting for all Service Center and Shop locations in the Dayton area and beyond.

You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs. The role emphasizes developing recruitment strategies, improving processes, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines via social media, job boards, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting mechanics is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies and source candidates.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and extend offers.
• Manage iCIMS and candidate pipelines; report metrics.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
• Attend career fairs and presentations as needed.
