Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, partnering with managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

You will analyze recruiting processes, develop strategies, and manage iCIMS-based workflows, career fairs, and internships, while delivering data-driven hiring metrics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics, preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Develop recruitment strategies and extend offers.
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics.
• Coordinate and facilitate open interviews and career fairs.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
