Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. You will source candidates, screen, interview onsite, extend offers, and collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs.

The role requires at least two years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication skills. You will use iCIMS and social media to build pipelines and continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting mechanics preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Analyze recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Handle iCIMS-based interview and hiring workflows for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Build candidate pipelines with local career centers, colleges, and online sources.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
• Develop data reports and performance metrics to drive hiring improvements.
