Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, while collaborating with managers to meet staffing needs and drive improvements.

The role requires at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with a team. Prior experience recruiting mechanics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Analyze current recruiting processes and recommend improvements
• Coordinate and facilitate open interviews and career fairs
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines via social media, job boards, referrals
• Prepare data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualifications
• Post jobs and recruit Interns and Trainees with Recruiting team
