Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. You will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, interview on-site, and extend offers while collaborating with managers to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles.
• Source, screen candidates, participate in onsite interviews, and extend offers.
• Analyze recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines via career centers and job boards.
• Develop and track performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Coordinate and facilitate open interviews and cadenced meetings with Managers.
