Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. You will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct onsite interviews, negotiate offers, and manage pipelines using iCIMS.

The role requires 2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. A professional, results-driven approach will help build a robust candidate network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Mechanics is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles.
• Analyze current recruiting processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for the full pipeline interview and hiring process in iCIMS for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Identify local career centers and colleges to build candidate pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Develop and source a strong pipeline using social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and agencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate open interviews and cadenced meetings with Managers.
