All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator in Longview, WA to manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for local applicants and new hires. You will build relationships with the community and ensure HR compliance while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and pre-employment checks.
• Represent the local branch at job fairs and community events; build partnerships locally.
• Adhere to company policies and state/federal regulations for HR compliance.
• Enhance candidate experience and meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate trainings and maintain up-to-date employment records.
