The role emphasizes building positive relationships, effective communication, and meticulous record keeping while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, community representation, policy adherence, and improving candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework completed or a two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in office admin, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events; builds partnerships in the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
