All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to support our Morristown branch with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. The role focuses on advertising, interviewing, background checks, and ensuring compliance while building strong local partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and hiring events and builds partnerships in the community.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Improves candidate experience and meets SLAs.
• Expands outreach on social media and job platforms.
• Maintains up-to-date employment records and collaborates with HR teams.
• Utilizes ATS and payroll/schedule systems for data entry.
