All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch in administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, and record-keeping. You will manage the full-cycle process and nurture relationships with applicants, new hires and community partners to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment, advertising, sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment checks.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and hiring events; builds community partnerships.
• Ensures HR compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Improves candidate experience and manages data entry in HR systems.
• Coordinates trainings and maintains up-to-date employee records.
