Job summary

TekLabs Inc. is seeking an Engineering Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience to own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical positions. This on-site role is based in Farmington Hills, MI and collaborates with design, electrical, software and manufacturing teams.

You will source, screen and interview candidates, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver timely staffing solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in engineering/technical roles.
• Proven sourcing, interviewing and hiring experience across engineering disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of W2, 1099, and contract-to-hire models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical positions, including Design, Electrical, Systems and Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing.
• Source, screen and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely, efficient manner.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across roles and departments.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver staffing solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
