Flexware Innovation is hiring a Technical Recruiter to partner with our Talent Management Team and leaders. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for engineering and software roles, build strong relationships with candidates and managers, and help grow a high-performing technical team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related role.
• Experience recruiting engineers/technical roles (controls, automation, software).
• Strong communication and interviewing skills; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, automation, software, and other technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and events.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term success.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and recruiting activities while maintaining accurate ATS records.
