Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build a high-velocity recruiting engine and manage the full lifecycle for core technical roles. You will craft sourcing strategies, engage top talent, and partner with hiring managers to move fast in a high-growth environment.

You’ll analyze recruitment metrics, improve processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints. Equity participation is available as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
• Experience hiring hard-to-fill technical roles with sourcing tools and personalized outreach
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to guide hiring managers
• Fast learner who can adapt to rapidly changing requirements in a high-growth environment
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and provide updates
• Strong persistence to meet ambitious outreach targets; experience with multiple tech teams is a plus
