Job summary

TEC Group is seeking an experienced Agency Recruiter to join our Engineering & Professional recruiting team, supporting aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing clients across multiple geographic markets. The role is hybrid with four days in our Troy, MI office.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, design, supply chain, technical, and executive roles, build talent pipelines, and partner with Sales & Account Development to meet client needs while maintaining strong candidate

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agency/staffing recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, design, supply chain, and executive-level roles.
• Experience supporting clients in aerospace, automotive, automation, energy, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship-building skills.
• Must live within commuting distance of Troy, MI and be able to work in-office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and starts.
• Recruit engineering, design, supply chain, technical, and executive-level professionals for client openings.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for local talent across geographic markets.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS activity; stay connected with consultants to support engagement.
• Partner with Sales & Account Development to understand client requirements and priorities.
• Meet recruiting goals and KPIs while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
