Job summary

LiveKit is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own 8–10 engineering and technical searches end to end, from kickoff to signed offer. You will partner with engineering hiring managers to ensure roles meet market needs and push back when requirements run ahead of market realities.

You will source aggressively, build a compelling candidate experience, and develop pipelines that support repeated hiring cycles. You will help create sourcing playbooks and interview kits to empower the Talent team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Ability to discuss engineering roles with depth and nuance.
• Proven track record building pipelines and closing senior/Staff level roles.

Responsibilities

• Own 8–10 engineering and technical searches end to end, from kickoff to signed offer.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to align role requirements with market realities.
• Source proactively and build a strong bench for infra, backend, SDK, and AI roles.
• Understand candidate motivations and craft pathways to attract top talent.
• Build repeatable pipelines so new reqs don’t start from zero.
• Run an honest, efficient interview process focused on candidate experience.
• Contribute to sourcing playbooks and interview kits used by the Talent team.
