Job summary

Synergy Staffing is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate roles in a fast-paced environment in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage multiple priority searches while delivering a responsive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will handle requisitions for specialized engineering roles, recruit across mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with iCIMS or other ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and target profiles.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, and communities.
• Manage candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) and assess technical fit.
• Maintain pipelines and provide timely communication throughout the process.
• Coordinate structured interview processes and offer discussions with HR.

• Preferred to have experience with iCIMS, will consider other ATS tools.
• Experience recruiting engineering talent across mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing domains.
• Ability to manage 15–20 requisitions with potential to scale to 25–30+.
• Familiarity with OFCCP requirements and compliant candidate records.
