Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive growth in Autodesk construction software solutions across an assigned territory. You will build and nurture relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners, and close impactful deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
